bug with message respons

Hello!
The visibylity of my shop lowered becouse of not responding on time. But I had no messages this month until today and I answered on time.

I could not meet this standadrt becouse I had no messages.

Were there any spam posts/messages from sellers you had purchased from as a buyer that you ignored? Every single message needs attended to for this metric, whether replying or marking as spam within 24 hours.

The stats are based on the last 3 months. 
In this case: November, December and January

I think it could be not just the messages. 

Fill your Public profile. Add searchable keywords to your shop announcement. Help search bots.

Are your photos (the thumbnails) are at least 2000px? Do you add Alt text?

Do you have all the important relevant keywords in your sections?

Do you use titles and tags effectively? 

You may want to read the Shop Critiques forum section. Or ask for a shop critique yourself.

If you have no new incoming Message threads during the three month review period your response percentage will be ---% (nothing to calculate) and this will not negatively impact your Customer Satisfaction / Star Seller statistics or your search visibility.

Thank you! I did not knew this was about three months. I contacted Etsy Help and after they checked my case the assistent wrote that everything is alright from my side and it is a glitch.
