When customers select an item on my Pattern website and calculates shipping charges, it says "free" like it is supposed to. But when added to cart, shipping charges are added. This is not happening in my Etsy shop, but only on Pattern. I contacted Etsy support by chat last night and was told that they could see the problem but could not fix it. Tech support is supposed to contact me through email. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. It makes it look like I am being deceitful when I advertise free shipping and then charge for it. I just found out about this last night, who knows how long that this has been happening.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

@YeackCrafts: Based on numerous threads in this forum, it appears that Etsy has (for all practical purposes) abandoned Pattern and is not providing any support for it.
Wow, that is not good at all. I just checked my site and it is still not fixed and no email as of yet.
I'm having the same issue and cannot find any way to update pattern to match the free shipping I offer on Etsy. Really unfortunate there is no support since we are charged a fee monthly to use pattern.
I have the same problem. Did you ever get it fixed?
Etsy abandoned Pattern tech support a few years ago.
