app default sort coming up Relevance instead of Custom

Etsy gives us the ability to customize the page our customers first land on in our shop.  So why then is the default sort in the app coming up "Relevance" instead of "Custom" when our url is typed into a mobile device?

When will this change? Is Etsy fixing this big problem. We set our page in numbered sequence when editing, so why is this not carried over when buyers look at their mobile. Buyers more often browse and order from the mobile app so why can't the default be to CUSTOM instead of RELEVANCE? Our listings look jumbled, mixed up - not in order - and a real mess!

Most likely they won't fix it. It isn't a "big issue". 

When Etsy isn't fixing search for the entire site, why will they fix the order in our shops.

Right now if you search on Etsy and then sort by anything other than "Most Relevant" the quantity of results is significantly decreased. I keep running into seeing thousands of items. Sort by price and it goes down to to items. Seriously...so annoying. So, I go to eBay to buy something instead.

Etsy fixes issues they see as major. And then we still have tons of sellers with shops and listings down due to AI. That isn't even "major" enough to fix. Sad, isn't it.

Good question, but what's the answer. I've been trying to fix this myself to no avail. I thought I was doing it all wrong, but when I tried to help a friend purchase on Etsy from another seller, the sole reason my friend need help was because the font was all jumbled and the listings were out of order for the seller she was trying to purchase from. Their site looked awful on mobile and I'm surprised someone would even have the patience to sort thru all that and actually order. It was because I am a seller that I even knew.
