alleged problem with placing orders

Can someone please tell me if you can buy something from my store because I keep getting messages that there is a problem with the purchase, most of them are spam, but I also received a message that looks normal when I go to the second account and try to buy something from my store I don't saw any problem, I don't have any customer yet so I really have no idea if it's a problem with me or just spam

It is a scam.  There were other new sellers who have also gotten those same messages today.  Put them in your spam folder.

Scam! I was able to add an item to my cart and all payment methods were available.

When you get a REAL sale, it will show up on your dashboard under "Orders & Shipping"

And even if a buyer actually has problems, there is NOTHING you can do. They need to contact etsy

You can't buy from your own store, the system detects transactions where both parties are on the same internet connection and blocks them.  The messages you describe are likely to be scam attempts, scammers like to target newbies who aren't yet familiar with how things work here.  Mark them as spam, when you get an order you will get a notification from Etsy and it will show on your Dashboard page.
