Message history issue

Hi all,

I have a weird problem with my message statistics. I downloaded and checked my message history. There is a message listed in the history file shown as NOT replied in 24 hours, but that message does not appear in my messages. Normally,  I would not care about it, but it affects the message rate calculation and causes my response rate to be below 95%. So, it will affect my star seller badge for the next month. If that message is removed from the calculation, my message again will go above 95%. I contacted support but was told they could not fix it and suggested that I post the problem here.

Any Suggestions?

@CozyArtisanBoutique: There is a link to the actual Message thread in the CSV file. Does going to that URL help explain anything?

No. Clicking the takes me nowhere. In addition to the link, there is also a message date-time. I tried to scan all the messages on that date but could not find it.
