account placed on vacation

I have just set up my shop and I cannot publish a listing.  The help page said it was on Etsy's end.  This is a message I receive when it tells me my account has been placed on vacation mode.  "We were unable to verify the business information you entered at onboarding."  I have double checked everything.  What am I doing wrong?

You'll have to contact etsy to establish why. It's usually an ID situation. Make sure the name on your bank account, credit card, and etsy store match EXACTLY.

@PaigeandCoDesign: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). You should check your eMail (including spam folders) to see if Etsy sent you anything requesting additional information. If there is nothing, you can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
