Hello everyone, I have a problem with my store where I have been selling regularly for a few months. The money sent to me before was refunded. The reason for this is that my surname changed because I got married. However, even though I sent all the necessary documents such as a new ID and marriage certificate to Etsy, they did not solve the problem and also temporarily closed my store. I can't get an answer to my requests for help. Does anyone have any information on how I should proceed?

Hello,
I wonder if your problem has been solved? I just got married and today I uploaded all the new documents and am waiting for them to be approved.
I would think that since the shop is closed (that's why they show up as a reader with no shop link), no, they did not get it solved.

@WoodenArchDesign OP's shop is still closed.
I guess I'm odd, but I don't understand the need to change one's name because of marriage. I never did and have had no problems. Both our names are on bank accounts, titles, etc. Even the IRS has no problem with it. He occasionally gets addressed by my last name, but that's been the only problem.
