I got 2 sales and got logged out, trying to login to have this message, following a link to fill an appeal which requires to be able to login. No emails from Etsy at all.

100% handmade items and 0 copyright issues as we used 100% our photos with our trademark and selling our own handmade items so it is impossible to be because of IP issues.

What to do? I am so frustrated that I can't even sign in to reply to my buyers

If someone else uses (steals) your photos, Etsy doesn't know they're yours, they may think you took them from the other site, (unfortunately) as bots do the checking. Look to see if they have been stolen and if so file a DMCA to have them removed and then let Etsy know. Do you have anything in your about section showing you hand making the items? That may help too.

I put watermark on all of my photos and I have the instagram and website of my shop as well, 100% are handmade and trademarked.

I think the bot indeed mistakenly think that the photos of my shop is from my official website.

I can't even login the account to fill an appeal, what can I do? My first customers are really sweet.

@CraftNailsBank   You should be able to use the appeal from the forums since you are logged into the forums.

Etsy probably has refunded your customers.  

Did you list all who work in your shop in your about page?  You are required to list everyone who works in your shop on your about page.

I found similar photos.  The nails were not all exact but several photos had nails that matched some of you nails on your website.

Think very carefully before appealing.  You need to have a solid plan in place for Etsy to reopen a shop.

Thanks for the response, this seems to close to the situation - I am working with my girl friend for our shop - I am taking care of SEO, technical issues, shes taking care of creating handmade & original press ons. 

I can assure 100% that they are original and from our side and have our watermarked, my gf literally has a nail salon and she does those with the member of the shop. Might I ask where do you find the similar pics from? We have instagram and website and we did not put the watermark on Instagram but even then they are not identical pictures.
It is possible that some patterns look similar but those nails are super original and its from my gf and her friend work.

I did not list everyone in the shop - my girlfriend, the other girl, because it was a small detailed and I skipped during the account registration, but an instant account close because of this without warning and any chance to even update that section seems unfair?

@CraftNailsBank: Sadly Etsy is not very communicative with their reasons why for any action.

Not defending Etsy, but look at it from their standpoint - you are a new shop and breaking the rules. Perhaps the not listing of other shop members is a small detail but Etsy is on a big (seller) transparency push.

It is also possible that the way you listed your items may be a factor. If you are listed as the actual shop owner on Etsy then you were technically reselling your girlfriend's creations since you personally were not making or even designing the items and she was not listed. While I understand your business setup it appears to be one of those edge cases that Etsy does not deal well with.

As @ArtDollsbyJD suggested, you may want to make sure that you have all the rules covered so you can address them in your appeal.

The account was shared between me and my gf, logged-in by my email / her facebook.

I also put in all the listing description that the product was created by a member of my shop (not myself)

@CraftNailsBank @There is an excellent chance you have done nothing wrong and this is a mistake unfortunately. I have read about this sort of thing happening many times only to hear the shop was reactivated later. It is a terrible thing to happen with no communication. Etsy doesn’t close a shop because you might have left a shop member off. Hopefully a moderator will come along tomorrow to help.

Thanks so much for this infos, it does brighten my gf a lot and gives us some hope to look for.

The value of the account with 3 sales is ignorable, however as we put a lot of emotions into it it is really painful to see it get closed especially when we did all the craft and took the photos and even put watermark on everyone of them
