Wrongly Removed Listings

Last week, one of my HANDMADE BY ME and ONLY ME listings was wrongly removed for "violating the creativity standards."

Today, right after I sold one, ANOTHER HANDMADE listing was wrongly removed, along with my ability to earn and keep badges. I have been a star seller since it started, and have been with Etsy for 9 years.

They are necklaces: chain, charm, bail, jump ring. I sell these items on 2 other marketplaces, but no one makes these items EXACTLY like I do with this combination of elements.

If Etsy is trying to Keep Commerce Human, please control the bots and reinstate my listings and account badges.

You have several "Super Hero Comics" items. Aren't the phrase "Super Hero" and images trademarked?

I don't know what items were removed, just a guess.

If your items are in other sites also that’s probably why they are getting removed

When you sell on other sites an Etsy flages them this is wrong. Etsy would have to pay me big money to only sell on Etsy.

Etsy is WRONG.

I sell on multiple websites because I do not put everything in an Etsy basket having learned it is problematic

The whole "charm on a chain" thing, while Etsy legal, is becoming a big problem and many shops that use commercially available charms and put them on a chain, an earring, etc., are having them pulled down because the bots are finding similar things online. It seems it no longer has to be exact anymore/your exact picture. 

Simply asking to have them reinstated isn't going to help much. Sellers with these violations are fighting tool and nail not to lose their shops or their products for the bots running wild.

Keep in mind, shops are getting shut down with these violations. Many times after they take away the star seller, the next violation is shop closure, so you'll want to get on email with Etsy or appeal the violation or whatever you need to do to get them to hear your case.

I am only posting here, because it appears that the ETSY mods actually reply here when no one responds to emails or open cases.

All my items comply with Etsy standards and rules. These are bot removals. I am hoping for a response from Etsy.

All they're going to do is tell you that they've escalated your case to the appropriate team.

And many others sellers whom they've also told this to, have come back to the forums and said that they've received no response after days and weeks of being told it was escalated.

As @PoochandTabby  stated above: Etsy's bots are now deactivating the charm-on-a-chain/bracelet/key ring, etc listings when they're finding exact OR SIMILAR listings elsewhere.

My advice to you is deactivate the rest of those similar listings in your shop as they're subject to the same takedowns, which could cause you to lose not only your SS badge, but perhaps your shop altogether.

Can you re-work those items? - I don't know, add an additional colorful charm or two to them that maybe the bots will leave alone?
