I had a customer who ordered 9 times in only a few days apart, so we agreed I can ship it on one box. Tracking infos were added identical in all 9 orders (as Etsy says we should do so) but there was only one counted and I lost my star seller badge because of the other 8 parcels.
How can this be fixed?
@Wollelfe: Have you looked at the applicable CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is the issue with the orders? We often ship multiple orders in a single package with no issues. Were all the orders shipped before their individual scheduled ship by date? How long ago did you ship? Has the package been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on each of the actual orders. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update.

but did you actually type the tracking number, in EVERY order, BEFORE the ship by date?

yes I've done all that, I also contacted Etsy Support because of that Issue. Never got any answers. It was several orders between January 2 and 8 that are affected, but nevermind, the calculation period will be over soon and I'll get my badge back
