Trying to print out postal labels

I thought this was going to be easy just to print out your labels but I am having issues as it keeps saying my delivery options are unavailable.

Can anyone help with this as I'm trying to print to get my orders out

@SoMoNaturals  There's been an ongoing glitch since last Friday where the label page has none of the pre-filled info - you have to enter it every single time.  Once you enter the weight and dimensions, mail class options will pop up for you to select.

* I see you are in the UK - I wasn't sure if this was affecting Sellers outside of the US, so maybe your issue is different.
