Greetings, i have added a valid tracking number in my etsy order with the correct provider (Hellenic Posts).
The problem is that while the number works in sites like parcelapp and 17track, it doesn't work within etsy and it only shows "No tracking".
Any advice from someone who dealt with a similar issue?
Etsy's Aftership does not recognize all tracking. It is suggested looking for a courier that Etsy's Aftership does accept.

They encourage you to enter the tracking number & show Etsy as one of the companies they're connected to.
If you just entered the tracking number very recently, it might update in another date or so.
Also, it couldn't hurt to check the order - make sure no error made when entering the tracking number. You have 3 days to edit any errors on the order's tracking.

Elta courier is a different service from Hellenic Post, but both of them are supported by etsy.
I sent a support request with this issue.
I have several times had issues with Etsy tracking numbers not working correctly. Also I use Happy Post which is not recognised by Etsy. So... I enter the Happy Post tracking number in Etsy and choose Mondial Relay as the courrier, because the package goes via their drop off spot. In the message to the buyer I show the tracking number with a working link to the tracking site and advise them to use that link.
