I've spotted that I didn't achieve my delivery star seller badge because I have apparently missed tracking for 2 orders, however I have checked and all of my orders show tracking has been added. Is this a technical issue/bug?
I have spoken to Etsy support who says I have no missing tracking information and that I should report here.

We've double-checked the tracking number you've added on the orders affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that they can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. It is possible that the number entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Or the wrong carrier may have been added or chosen. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

What are the dates? If the last two days of the month, they will count for May, not April.
Does Etsy's Aftership recognize the service used?
Do you use Etsy labels or copy past tracking information? Is the tracking information if pasted, correct?
