Won’t let me complete an order

Every time I go to complete an order with the tracking number, the page freezes and the app crashes. This is causing my orders to go incomplete. How do I fix this? I’m running this through my app on my phone.

Can you try through a browser instead?

Every time I type in Etsy seller login, it just brings me to products with that name

@GraysonLManningArt the search bar is for searching for products to buy. Log in to your Etsy shop on a browser by clicking on the shop icon (top right).

Did you sort the problem? If not maybe uninstall the app and reinstall it?

You should be able to log in to your account with a browser and complete your order that way

Maybe someone else will chime in with ideas?

The app sucks.

Use a desktop computer instead with a browser.

Failing that, use the browser on your phone.
