Why won’t Etsy let me make Printify my production partner??

I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what, but when I try to add printify as my production partner, I type in the location and it doesn’t select it and won’t let me move on. What do I do?

Chek with Printify to make sure you are following their directions for connecting with Etsy.

I have been working on this same issue for two days! I’m going insane!!

Everything goes through but the location of Printify as I try to add them as my production partner.
