Why my Message Response Rate is wrong?

I always answered shortly, I noticed that my first buyer, (name removed by admin) was answering late, even days later, but I did'nt.

As far as (name removed by admin), I always answered quickly, but not enough as I would like as between Italy and New York there are 6 hours difference, (name removed by admin) always replied when I was sleeping, and I always replied immediately in the morning when she was sleeping. She usually replied 15 hours later.

But I'm pretty sure my Message Response Rate  should be 100%, and not 63%

Did you get any other messages recently? Did you respond to all messages you received in 24 hours or less?  Even with the time difference there should have been plenty of time to respond. If you don’t respond within 24 hours you get dinged for it. 
I would remove the name of the shops, if there is time, because of privacy issues.

As @OmasFabricStash says remove the names.  Believe you have an hour so time is running out.

Why is my message response rate showing zero % when  I always respond immediately?

If you go to your star seller tab in your dashboard, click on Message response rate > there you can download your message history

This shows you a breakdown of when and what time the message came in and when and at what time you replied.

If your rate is showing 0% I would imagine the likelihood of this being a glitch is high
