Incorrect tracking

Hi

i have a few items that say no tracking.

They all have tracking and show delivered.

how can I change my star seller status as you’ve marked me down incorrectly.

When the chat bubble appears in your dashboard (around lunchtime) inform the customer service agent that your tracking has not updated in your dashboard.

Provide them with the order number, tracking number & link to the postal website showing the parcel has been delivered.

Then they will manually fix this for you.

You may get a customer service agent who claims this is not possible.

Close the chat bubble

Repeat (until you get a customer service agent that will fix it for you in under 2 minutes)
