Ah, I see the tech team is busy at work today. Whadda ya doing?
When I hover over a Section with my mouse it shows a strikethrough.
same. On ‘open’ orders and ‘completed’.
Maybe they meant to underline. AI with bad aim.
Even if that was the intent...why? Just another high-paid worthless change. (I never would have held down a job with that level of incompetence!)
Just noticed that too! The order section, went to 'in progress', then 'completed'.
Another week, another glitch? Like those "Add to cart" buttons in our own shops or shop announcement being cut off?
I'm on a laptop, and this line moves with a cursor: reviews, About, policies, sections...
Hello folks,
As always, we appreciate your reports. I've relayed the details to the appropriate team, and they're looking into this now. I'll post an update in this thread as soon as there is more information for you.
any way your team also can fix the photo upload in the APP , that has been down since days now and there was never an aknowledgement about that one . Photos are not uploading in the App at all
I looked at your shop on my iPhone and the word “Items” has a strike through!
It's like that on my laptop, too; as if I don't have any items(?). That should create unnecessary questions from buyers.
@PlatypusDream Yup. Same in your shop. Community Manager Regina says they are looking into it.
Same issue here. The strikethrough is on the word "new" on my orders page
Same here! It is on my New Orders. Hoping the glitches will improve. The UPS syncing is getting better for updates but still needs some attention. Happy Monday everyone!
Same here! Not a smooth running place.
Same here.... (Sigh)
Same here. The IT team couldn't figure out how to make it BOLD.
It's hard to know what is a "glitch" or an intentional bad UI/design choice on Etsy. You'd think there are certain "tests" they wouldn't even need to test... like when they hid the descriptions clear at the very bottom of the page. But alas, my page has returned to normal & now I have underlines instead of strikethroughs.
Hi folks,
A fix has been issued and the issue has been resolved. If you are still seeing any residual issues, please clear your browser cache and cookies as this may be due to a caching error. If you need any follow up assistance, please head over to our Help Centre to file a ticket: help.etsy.com.
Thank you again for your reports! I'll close this up now, with my best wishes.
