While I was updating my lists in my store, 2 of my lists showed "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region." I got the error and I can't view my lists. I can't understand what the problem is, I checked my emails and I haven't received any emails from Etsy and why are my listings blocked?
I researched the reason for this error but could not find it. I would be very happy if someone with knowledge could explain it to me.
I can't view my 2 listings in the screenshot in the link below, could you please just visit my store and check my listings in the photo? Isn't it displayed for you too?

Sorry, I don't click on external links - especially if it's not clear what it is.
You can post the Etsy links to the listings in question.
There are a few other posts with the same issue which has occurred in the last few days. It seems to be some kind of glitch. You will need to contact Etsy support directly and ask them to fix the listings.
Thank you so much for your suggestion and response, I will definitely contact etsy support. I searched the forum for the topic and noticed that a lot of people encountered the same problem, so I think this is a mistake.
I am in the US and yes, both of those listings show up as "sorry, this item is unavailable in your region. I don't have a clue why. Other listings show up as normal listings.
Thank you very much for checking my ads and responding, I don't think it is related to the country I am in, it seems to be completely blocked.
I'm having the exact issue. I listed a new item yesterday. Haven't figured out why.
Yes, it is a very confusing situation. I've been on Etsy for 5 years and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I think Etsy's bot system automatically blocked some listings as they were deemed inappropriate, but one of my listings had been active since the first day I opened my store. I don't understand why it hasn't been blocked for 5 years but it's blocked now.
I contacted support via chat and am waiting for a reply via email
I'm seeing complaints about this everywhere. It's all over facebook too! It seems to have started when the GET5 offer started. It must be a bug. I've not had once sale since the offer started with which makes me think the same is happening to me. But I cant even begin to figure how I can check over 4000 listings
Hi! I feel your pain!! I just went through my over 300 listings! 20 of them are having issues. I messaged them as well as called them, they just told me to wait.
The "GET5" didn't get us much sales either. My website is doing better than Etsy these days. Normally Etsy does at least 5 times more than my website.
Ps, Etsy App is okay, customers could still view your listings on Etsy APP with no issues.
I have the same problem with the newest listing and the older ones, which were fully available yesterday and now today they are with some restrictions. Due to chat with technical support there are some restrictions in some countries but I think it have to be some technical issue.
As far as I know, when a list was made that did not comply with the rules, Etsy would assign it to the inactive section in the My Lists section and warn the store owner with a red banner on the store control panel. Many topics on this subject have been opened in the forum before. In the 2 lists that I am currently experiencing problems with in my store and cannot display, I only see "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region." I get a warning and my lists seem active. I'm hoping this is a mix up or a mistake.
did you use a protected name? I see, for example, you are using 'Goop' in one listing. Which is a well known brand. And could be seen as intellectual property counterfeit use. it is up in your shop, but maybe Gyneth's people have not seen that yet. Others could be in the same vein and have been taken down?
if so, you'll see a notification. But you really don't want to see that (honestly) as it is a strike against your shop and could see your shop totally closed.
JMO since that's what I see.
So try this - I faved the one that shows "goop" - even though I can't view the listing on a laptop or browser. Using the mobile Buyer app, (orange icon) - I can click on and view the full listing! Mobile browser/desktop still shows unavailable.
Not sure there's anything we as Sellers can do - other than cross our fingers and hope that most Buyers are using the app!
I am having same issue! The listing I noticed this morning was fine yesterday. It is not a new listing and it was becoming a good fall selling item!
Happened to me too -- I got a message from a buyer who wanted to buy one of my prints, but said it's not available in the US ... which it always had been. So I just went through some listings and, wow, at least 50 are showing up as not available in region (i.e. the US). Holy cow!! What a disaster!! Just finished a chat with support who told me the listing (he seemed to not get that it was many listings) was deactivated due to not being in line with Etsy Trust and Safety policiies ... but, of course, there's no rhyme or reason about what listings are not showing up. So I have to wait for an email. Oy! and grrr ....
A deactivated listing won't show in your shop or search. The ones that show "unavailable in your region" when you click on them, are not deindexed in the normal way - this is something else going on.
I don't think the chat is very much help. They use canned responses hoping it'll work for you. You have to be really persistent and show forums and many screenshots before someone actually listens and forwards to the right team. I also think the more they see a pattern in complaints they more likely they'll take it seriously.
