Feedback not possible

Hello dear community

I have just open my shop and three paintings have been sold, but I have been contacted bei by a buyer that it is not possible to give the item a rating. Olso, even though she received the item on the 12 th, Etsy stated she could not rate until 16th *so today and still not possible). Has anybody else had this problem?

@Former_Member   Congrats on your first sales!  The review window opens on the last day of the estimated arrival, based on your processing time and the mail class chosen.  Buyers get a notification on their home page - a red dot over their profile - when the review window opens, and it stays there for 100 days, until they leave feedback.  There are also occasional pop-up windows with review reminders, and sometimes even an email from  Etsy.  There's nothing else we can do, as Sellers.  Rest assured, the reviews will come, and not every Buyer leaves them - typical is 20 - 25%.
