Why I’m passed all the requirements and not being a star seller yet ?

it’s April 2nd , I thought the review is every 1st day of the month , wondering why I’m not seeing I’m the star seller ?

You have no star seller badges so you did not meet the $300 and at least 5 orders

The OP has 19 sales and just one sale would qualify for the $300.00

She's had 19 orders in 2024 and all of her listings are over $300 each. I doubt that's the reason.

How long ago was your first sale?

One of the requirements for achieving the badge is 

''You must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month review period, and you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.''

The only thing I can guess is you haven't met the time period.  I think it's 90 days since your first sale.

Has it been 90 days since you first sale?  If not you won't qualify until that benchmark passes, and then you will qualify from the start of the new month.

It's almost certainly because of the 90 day wait from the first sale. Shop opened in 2024. Even if the first sale was January 2nd, then today would be the 90 days, and since it's after the 1st would need to wait until the next first of the month. 

If the first sale wasn't until some time in February, then the first time they're eligible is the June badge.

The first review seems to have been on January 31st, so a May badge should be possible.
