White Stripes on digital files

Hi there, since a few weeks some of the coloring books to download have white stripes in between, 10 cm in height. this never happend before and my files are perfect with no flaws at all. I just dont know what to do anymore and thought maybe its Etsy ??

I’m sorry but do you mean within the file? Are you compacting the files before you upload them? Maybe that’s the reason.

Need more information.  last time I did downloads I created the PDF/jpeg and loaded it up on Etsy.  therefor if there a white stripes in the document you have created that would be a fault with your document creation.  Is it every document.  Old documents? Recently uploaded ones?  It could be an artifact in the document you werent aware of when creating it.

Try deleting the files from your listings, and then add them back. Sometimes files just get corrupted as they make their way around the inter webs. 

If a customer reports a problem with a download, ask them to download it again, or mail them the file.

I think we need more information to be able to suggest possible reasons/solutions.

Do you mean YOU see the white lines when you print your own files?

Are customers reporting that THEY see the white lines? Is it more than one customer?

Is this happening on multiple files?
