Where is my Star Seller badge

I have never not met criteria and nothing has changed. "Message Response Rate" is the culprit even though I'm 100% on meeting the criteria. It disappeared and despite reaching out to customer service twice it has not been fixed. WTF, Etsy? Please let me know what is going on here. I am apparently not the only one.

Hi, Did you download the CSV File for the last 3 months ("Previous Review Period")? I know you said your Message Response was the culprit, but it is at 100%. Is that what the CSV File is showing?

You have no badges at all.

Did you make 5 sales totaling at least $300US in the last three months?

Those are also requirements to earn badges.

Have you had any take downs from Etsy for breaking the Terms of Use?

This can also cause badge removal.

We are only other sellers, so can only guess at what has happened.

Good point, I always forget about this part. And as you said, there are no other Badges showing, so that could very well be it.

With the new page format you need all three for the one single purple star to show now.  All or nothing now.

It is only awarded on the 1st of the month.

And etsy has flat-out said they will not "adjust" anything related to the badges as it's all automated.

What does it say on your dashboard under the stats when you click on the period from May/June/July?

The OP does show the "smooth shipping" and "rave reviews" badges but not on the home page so I'd think she met the $300 / 5 sale minimum Those 2 purple badges do show on her listings.

Etsy moved the individual badges to the listing pages if a seller has gotten any.
The OP is missing the "message" badge.

If you go to a listing and scroll down below the reviews there's a section that shows "all" the star seller badges a shop has to the right of the shop name.

It's a section that shows all of this info below:

Shop name. xxxxxxx  then shows what badges they got if any beside their name.

5.0 ( # of reviews)

# of sales

Star seller (shows this if you qualify, otherwise it's not shown).
city, state

owned by xxxx

On Etsy since xxxx

@pleadingquilty   as said above you got two of the badges not the third so you don't get the purple star.

And it is hysterical how Etsy is showing this @vintageNCtreasures   I mean I would never ever look there if you hadn't posted this.

I wonder what will be next.

@PrimFun I came across that info purely by accident.
I was looking at a listing and scrolled down to see if any of the reviews had pictures and that is when I saw the badges had been moved / hidden.

It is hysterical..........why does Etsy want to hide important info?

I guess since Etsy thought it was a good idea to hide the announcement at the bottom of the shop home page, I guess they figured it was a good idea to hide the individual badges near the bottom of the listing pages!

@vintageNCtreasures  Good detective work!  Doesn't matter that you found it accidentally either.

Now if we can only find where the Seller Profile is hiding without having to first find their favorites page somehow and know to click the tiny About under the name.  It's gotta be somewhere!   It just has to be!

If not how do you find their favorite's page?

If so I'm not seeing the "about" link?
I looked at several shops.

I was looking at a shop I'd favorited the other day to look at another shop they have that was listed on the public profile page but that link is no longer there.

If Etsy wants sellers to disclose other accounts, why get rid of that link?

Yes, if someone admires your shop, you can click on ### Admirers and click on their name there.   It will bring you to their favorites page and you'll see their Seller Profile info when clicking the small About under their name.

You can find people you follow and your followers when you click on your own Favorites page and again clicking the About under your name.   Clicking on their seller/buyer names on those lists will bring you to their Profile/Favorites page.

@vintageNCtreasures  Oh for #@#$s sake, I see what you're describing. On the Left, way down below Review Photos (when you've clicked onto a listing). I don't think I would have found it, and wonder how many Buyers will think to scroll down that far. It's like an Easter Egg Hunt:)

If I click on the "admirers" link, it goes to their favorites page and shops they follow.

I see the shop avatar with their shop name but no "about" page link.

I clicked on several of my favorite shops and clicked on their shop name and it took me to their home page, not the about/favorites page.
I see the about page on my favorite page.

@ChillwolfArt Makes NO sense at all for Etsy to be hiding all this important stuff. I would have never thought to look there either.

Makes ZERO sense. It's like next, let's shove the price under the Description. Oh wait, where IS the Description these days (rhetorical Q).

ETA: When I said "About" (above), it's like what we have in our Profile.

I see the about page if I click on a shops name when they replied to a review. 
I would have never thought about clicking on a shop name where they replied to find their about page.......SMH!

But there's no "about" link if I click on the admirers. That page has the avatar on the left with just the shop name, their byline below it and below that a favorite button. If I click the shop name on the avatar, it goes back to their home page.
I don't know why I'm not seeing it but it's not there.

ETA, well I found a round about way to get to a sellers about page since I don't see the "about" link.
I copied the URL on my about page, I removed my shop name and added a shop name and their about page came up.

That info about the seller, sales, reviews, star seller is below the reviews on a listing page (not on the home page).
The badges if any are to the right of the shop name.
