hello!
my star seller stats dropped so i reached out to etsy support regarding the stats breakdown. they came back to me with 2 orders that "didn't have a tracking number". but they did and also got correctly delivered but on etsy were still shown as pre-transit. Then they marked them as delivered but my stats are still wrong. What can be done about this?
