Order showing pre transit yet arrived at destination

Is anyone else experiencing a glitch in completed orders? A customer contacted me today saying she received all her orders (she placed multiple), yet her account was showing an open order. When she clicked on the tracking, it shows one order was delivered to another address in a different state. On my end, it shows pre transit. All orders shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

But the tracking number shows delivered to another address.

I have that happen a fair bit with different shipping providers. When I click through to USPS or Chit Chats, they show as delivered but Etsy shows as pre-transit. Really annoying. So far, it hasn't affected the Star Seller rating though.

Yes, I did use a different shipping label provider than Etsy.

Just a heads up, apparently this situation was Mailer Identification (MID) fraud. I contacted my shipping label provider with my information, and this is a growing issue across all USPS platforms. Luckily, my customer received her packages.
