I am making new listings, but just noticed that some listings have no quantity box, I can not figure it out how to make it appear. Can anyone help me with this ? much appreciated.
Etsy no longer shows the quantity box on the listing page viewed by buyers on items over $20. They have to go to the cart to see how many are available. Is this what you're experiencing. It's the dumbest thing ever.
are you using the app or a browser - old listing form or new?
@InnerArt4BeadsSupply: Are you having this issue using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? If via a browser, are you using the "old" or "new" listing form?

Thanks for the reply, I noticed that only at the cart can choose quantity. I recently created some new listings and just found there is no quantity box yesterday, and spent a lot of time to figure it out, but failed. thank you for your help!
thanks for all replies, I am using desktop browser to create new listings.
I created two new listings in mid November 2023. One is priced at $7.50 and the other is $30.00. What you explained is true for these 2 listing. One shows a field for the customer to see and select the quantity that are available and the other does not. I have not yet tested the option of changing the quantity in the cart.
I did contact Etsy support and chatted with agents on 11/22/23 and another agent on 11/25.23. The first agent told me that many people are experiencing this problem and that the technical team was working on it as their highest priority. The second agent confirmed that she had contacted the technical team and that I would be contacted by a person from that team. I have heard nothing else from anyone at Etsy, and the problem still exists.
Now I am having trouble contacting anyone at Etsy. For the two previous contacts I found a button in the lower right corner of the screen that allowed me to have an online chat with a support agent. Now I can't find that button. Either it has been removed, or I'm doing something wrong. Is anyone else having that problem?
