Hello,
Can you please review my star seller badge rating for December? I have had it consecutively for months and I find it odd 1 review completely took it away when every other review is 5 stars. Please also note this review has nothing to do with quality or service. I was advised by Etsy help to post in this discussion for further review.
I appreciate the help.
Thanks!

No one in the Forum can do this for you. We are only other sellers.
Don't consider the Forum a way to contact Etsy help or Admins.

That's because there is literally nothing they can do. It's all automatic bots.
We are only here to pat your head and explain it all so WE look like the bad guys.
Better luck next month.
FYI, Aliexpress has stolen your shop photos:

It takes 19 five star reviews to overcome 1 one-star. Add up all your stars for Sep, Oct & Nov. then divide by the number of reviews.
I bet this is it.
Hi, Did you meet the requirements for (I believe it's) 10 Sales and $300.00. I always forget about this part, and if we don't meet that, we don't get the Star Seller Badge. Also, download the CSV for last period (Sept., Oct., Nov.), which encompasses the Badge for today Dec. 1. And see what the CSV file says you're missing. I hope this will help.
It wasn't 1 review. You got a 1 star in October and a 2 star in September. You did not get enough 5 star reviews to offset both of those.
OP, you are not alone. I have 100% on everything and still didn't get my Star Seller badge back this month.
Did you meet the $300 in sales and 5 order minimum (for Sept/Oct/Nov)?
They're missing the message response badge, so they had enough sales to be eligible.
The first thing the OP on this post should have done is gone through the review months (Sep-Oct-Nov) and they would have clearly seen there was more than one negative review (even though the 2 star has a lovely comment and likely a mistake, it was still a 2 star review).
First thing you should do is download the file and see what message(s) it's saying you missed. If you are looking at the current review period today and it's showing 100%, then it's because the message missed was in September. But the file will confirm and tell you exactly what was missed. Then you can troubleshoot if there's an actual issue, but I'm leaning towards human error in not looking at the data correctly.
@PWO
Yes, I surpassed both.
30 reviews with 143 stars = 4.7 average
