When is a fix coming for the reviews

As above there is no way to report a review, it greys out when selecting, are we getting a fix for this anytime soon

It works for me, click on the report, click a reason, start to type, and the grey turns to black, so I can report

laptop, windows 10, chrome

try a different browser

tried both edge and chrome on one computer and both on another sitll the same, lots of people also having the same issue looking at the forums

Are you trying to Report a Review from the Orders Page ot the Store Front Page? When I try to use the Report Button via the Orders Page, the page just "greys" out. But if I access the Report Button from the Store Front Page, the function is working correctly.

I’m not sure what you mean by store front, having a similar issue with the greying out. Could you elaborate please .

Store front means your shop page. The public view shoppers see vs in shop manager.

Store Front refers to the front /first page of your Shop as a Buyer would see it. Accessed via Shop Manager > Etsy (Your Shop Nane) with the "pencil" icon at the botttom of the options on the left hand side of the page

Once in Shop Front view scroll down below the Listings to "Reviews". You can Reply and Report from the Reviews. Sort to "Newest" to find most recent Reviews.
