I had set the auto reply and it was on and it sent an auto reply to a costumer but it didn't count as a reply. I was in a place that was hard to get the internet not even smart phones worked. My daughter let me use her computer and was able to get in using the camps WIFI and did responded to the costumer and reset the autoreply. This may cost me the sellers star for July. NOT HAPPY!
