This is making me sad that my customers are not able to give review for my custom dog listing , an instant digital download listing. I put a lot efforts to give best service to them but this is making me demotivated .
What problem is your customer having exactly? Is there a message saying that they cant leave a review yet? Is there an error message? Maybe they are not logged in?
