We have a pretty good month last month and we finally have enough sales/messages to meet all the Star Seller criteria. Today i checked the status and noticed 1 of the order was marked as missing shipping and tracking. We printed the label and dropped the package on 9/28, but Etsy still has the status marked as Pre-Transit even though the package is already at buyer's region.
Does anyone know at what point the order is counted as on time?? It's out of my control that they didn't get the status correctly, and this just happens that one little mistake dropped my rate to 94%. This is very frustrating!
@ElegantGardenStore: Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file and order correctly show tracking and shipment status. That being said, there are reports of issues with orders shipped on or after September 22, and we have had several anomalies where the order shows the scan history but is still in pre transit.
What does the USPS say about the tracking?

Thanks @BagmakerSupply. USPS said it arrived at our Regional Facility on 9/28 7pm, In Transit to Next Facility since 9/30. This would have been my very first Star Seller badge so I am just upset that I have to probably wait another month
@ElegantGardenStore: I totally understand and sympathize, but we are completely at the mercy of if, when and how often AfterShip checks the tracking number and updates Etsy.
you can ask Etsy to mark it delivered by hand. They have done that for me for an order that has been 'in transit' for over a month after delivery.
