Shipping Issue

I have a customer who’s account is currently telling them my order was never shipped. Where on my page it clearly states it was shipped, when it was shipped, and it was cleared out of my open orders. This is a huge issue as it seems like my business is illegitimate and I am not sending orders out.

Buyer would have also received an email when you marked complete.

@stickerqueenie: Why can't you just provide the buyer with the tracking information (if you have any) so they can see for themselves?
