Hi I posted before but didn't get an answer. Hoping someone or Etsy can help. Basically, I go to my "orders" and then click on the person's custom listing /item description. it used to say the item description on the right side. Now, it just shows a pic of the listing and "item sold on..." and no details at all. It's super frustrating bc I fear I will make major mistakes now. Basically, I usually copy and paste the listing details into my notes so I can make the orders exactly the measurements on the custom listing. It's taking me more time now and risking making a mistake, bc I have to pull up the order on my cell and then manually type the order out again into my notes. I need to be able to just go on the computer, click on the order and copy and paste the details into my notes. What's going on here??? Someone commented that they're able to see my listings, but I"m referring to my sold orders/custom listings. So when I click on my sold orders, I cannot see the details of that person's order.
I really need this to be fixed before I make a typo, having to retype it out, and mess up an order.
Look on the left side all the way under the reviews. You're probably in the latest test.
When you get the page that says it's sold out - do you see "see item details" underneath?
I can see that in your shop, for your sold out custom listings.
Same problem. It says 'sold out' and 'see the details' but when I click on it there is only a title and no details so I have no idea what the specs are that i sold on my item. ie. sizes, color....
Found it. Mildly Freaking out. Thank you for the help TheVintagePineapple. ♥
All the way down at the bottom left of the page.
Me too - I don't understand the inconvenience.
Its a test that is seen when viewing listings from the buyers side. Etsy is testing this thinking it might be a good idea. To the OP, I am glad your buyer found the details and made an order. Many other buyers won't find the information and will just leave. This latest test is hurting sellers by running buyers off.
