Etsy is sending me in circles

I'm trying to set up a new shop. Before I can even get anywhere in the process it's saying account suspended to "Enroll in Etsy Payments" which I did.  Yet it's still suspended. Trying to contact them for help and they say I can't file an appeal because I don't qualify.  I cannot get a phone number or email contact for them anywhere. I'm literally going in circles.  Very close to forgetting about etsy and going with another provider.  Does anyone have a way to ACTUALLY speak to someone at Etsy!?!?  This is the worst "customer service" I've ever encountered.

You are not enrolled in Etsy Payments. You only have PayPal. Where are you located?

@DerpyInk: "I cannot get a phone number or email contact for them anywhere." Etsy does not have a published eMail address or phone number for customer service. If you find one on the internet it is most likely a scam.

You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us  You may have to dig through it but choose the closest topic or look for a "I Still Need Help" or similar link. If you are lucky you may find an option for requesting a call back.

If you receive a reply, every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.

@DerpyInk  I don't know where you are located but you can try chat support or depending where you are located request a call back from Etsy through your shop manager dashboard > community & help > contact us > selling on Etsy. There is no number to call them and no email. Once you open and set up your shop to prevent another suspension be sure to request a Shop Critique in the Forums so experienced sellers can give you some valuable information.

Thanks all. I decided to go with another ecommerce company. Etsy’s not worth it imo—even if I figured out the issue, the lack of support for sellers is ridiculous.
