What’s going on now?

I’m in the middle of creating a listing ( you guys know how much blood,sweat and tears go into doing this)

 and because I’m time crunched wanted to save it as a draft, everything is filled in 

including shipping info which I offer all free shipping, 

so now it won’t save saying there is an error 

* an error occurred while retrieving a shipping cost preview for this item please try again later.. and I can’t save it..

ETSY get with the program!

 Always harassing shop  owners for their listings but won’t fix their own platform.

 Sorry had to vent..

From another post earlier this year

Rather than go through Etsy to solve my problem I decided it was a corrupted page because nothing that I did would fix the problem. So I just copied and pasted the entire listing bit by bit onto another listing page, reloaded the photos which were able to be cropped and went around the problem. Etsy has gotten so glitchy of late. It's really getting worrisome. 

Also, someone posted they checked their shipping profiles to make sure they all had a processing time, as that may have been the problem.

Unfortunately I had to start from scratch..

I think there was a glitch on the Etsy side..

 hadn’t happened again tho.

Etsy helped me with this issue.  In the Item Size section of Delivery, The 'Length' has to be the largest number. This fixed the problem.  No more error message!

Hi guys, I also got this error today "an error occurred while retrieving a shipping cost preview for this item. please try again later." and the solution above didn't help me, but I did find a different way to fix it (for me at least). In my shipping profile I was trying to use I had "All Countries" selected but I was only trying to ship from Canada to the US. What fixed it for me was unselecting everything except North America. I haven't heard back from my customer yet to see if actually worked on their end but I was able to preview the shipping cost on my side of things. I hope this helps
