Star Seller status not granted, but data is incorrect

I've contacted the Etsy chat for help, but that didn't work. I shipped an order on time and with tracking, yet Etsy tells me there's no tracking available and therefore I lost my Star Seller status. The employee on Etsy chat told me that they cannot change the Star Seller data so I just have to accept it?! I would like to see it changed, this is just so frustrating and discouraging as it's just not correct!

Sorry, but that is the way it works, if Etsy can't verify the tracking you enter, it counts as untracked.  Etsy won't change the decisions after they are made each month.

when you ship with tracking, you go to mark the item as complete, you have to choose the shipper from the dropdown menu, then add the tracking number.

Etsy doesn't recognise every shipper, it has to be one from the dropdown menu when you mark as complete

(I know you have to select "other" in shipping profile, but there should be other options when marking as complete)

Did you check if the shipper is still correct?

@StudioDrijfveer: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

"The employee on Etsy chat told me that they cannot change the Star Seller data" While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able to get the underlying data corrected in some cases and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
