What's Up with the App? Notifications NOT Working :-(

Anyone else having issues with the Etsy app? Notifications to my phone are not working... they are lagging hours behind and even days? As of this morning the "cha ching" is not working either to notify me of a sale?? This is a big problem as I depend on the app to run my shop

I don't use it (never have). But did you try uninstalling it, then re-install. I've heard it is very glitchy. Since Etsy pushes it so much, I don't know why they don't take the time to make it more functional, and get rid of some of the glitches (or all of them, as it were).

Thanks so much... I've tried that and also checked all of my settings on my iPhone... I'm with you on the functionality of the app! This is really a pain!

Try turning off your notifications, wait a few seconds and turn them back on.

I never depend on App too glitchy I always check in at least twice a day to be sure I have no missed sales and or messages.
