My orders pages have been glitching for months and months.
Some items that showed up last week -are missing now from the orders pages. In order to confirm that these are real orders -I did a search for the item details and it shows up there...but not in the orders pages. My orders pages will one day show a list of orders due to ship -and then other orders will show up that weren't on the list before. Also orders on one page will randomly be duplicated on the next orders page. This causes confusion and I have to go back to make sure this is the same order -or is it a new one?? This is maddening!!! I've discussed with Etsy support (via Chat) so many times now...and nothing is being done to resolve this issue!!! I send them screen-shots of all of the pages showing the issues -outlined is different colors so they can easily see the problem. Each time they say ..."we'll have to forward to our team and have them look into it and they will respond via email..." Then nothing is ever resolved. The only email I get regarding the issue is a HOW DID WE DO email. I'm not sure how to respond to that email in a lady-like way Is anybody else having this issue?
