What format for Explore video

I have just made my first video in Explore on the app, which sets it out in a portrait orientation (like Instagram). 

then on the buyers app, I finally found it on my page but it was in landscape and missed some of the crucial images

any advice or suggestions where I am going wrong

I have the same problem.  I stopped uploading videos because they look foolish, not as professional as my instagram reels.  I sent a feedback to Etsy within explore, asking to allow creators to edit the video orientation, but as of today, no response.

I just had the same experience and want to delete the video. Does anyone know how to do this?
