I opened my account 6 months ago and got a notification to confirm my bank account, and id verification they didn't confirm my bank account and id for 6 months even though I entered all my information correctly. They said you can upload the bank statement, but the area where I will upload the bank statement does not appear due to a bug in the system. They say that this error is caused by them and they will investigate, but they cannot specify when they will return. Do they think they're going to let it go like this? I guess they don't realize it, but I'm still selling and customers write to me. Do they think that I will serve customers without getting the money I deserve I will not respond to any buyers until I get my money.
