Warning about Scammer

typical mail: "Hello, I would like to purchase your item on Etsy, but your email has been requested, to make delivery, could you please provide me with it?"

in spanish: "Hola, mе gustaría comprar su prоduсto perо mе hаn pedido su dirессión de corrеo еlесtróniсо, ¿puedo tenerla?"

then they send an email that looke like official etsy but its not and ask credit card+amount on account

the link is like etsy.id4543.com email is also weird,little detail to pay attention, take care

there should be an announcement in your dashboard and there is also a announcement in the forum

i can say that they have a script/bot that email when you add a new article, i've been fine for 24hours, i put a new article and done spam comes again

I’ve been getting several of these daily. A few months ago I was receiving them on Vinted and now here on a larger scale. I just answer with No and move to spam.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
