I've been selling on Etsy for 14 years and never had this problem. I received no email notifications for my 3 most recent sales. Without notification, one sale was for an item I didn't list. I had to contact the buyer to explain the mess and cancel & refund the non-existent sale. My next sale was posted with no notification to me with info including a tracking # that was the tracking # for a previous, different sale. A third sale was posted with no notification to me. I have left feedback and chat messages for 3 days and NO ONE has responded to my request for help.
Help Center team member corrected activation of my email account on Etsy's end and forwarded other 3 issues as an Alert to a Specialized Team. Thank you for your help.
Never rely on email for notifications. Log into your shop a few times each day.
Thank you for your advice. Will do so from now on. Issue was resolved on Etsy's end. I've gotten mail notifications consistently for 12.5 years.
Use email as a backup and come into the shop to see any sales.

Feedback? Do you means Contact us under Help in the shop manager? Use that to send an email to Etsy asking them to check about what you are experiencing.
Yes, I left 3 chat messages, 2 feedbacks and 2 help center messages. Today I spoke with Hep Cnter, so they are aware of these 3 issues. Thank you for your response!
