I am aware that this has been brought up several times before but Etsy still appears to have not solved the issue - just wondered if there's anything nearer to resolving this....
I have had several orders where the customer has provided information for their greeting card order in the personalisation box on the listing but when the order has gone through I only receive the first word of their message. My customers, when this happens, get annoyed occasionally because they have put for example:
Alison and David
21st September 2024
and wording for inside.
However, all that comes through to me when this glitch happens is I receive:
Alison
This is now happening on a fairly regular basis and making my store and I'm sure others, where the customer knows they have saved all their personalisation, look really unprofessional. For a website that prides itself on offering personalised gifts etc this is not good! I'm trying to work out is it ios systems, not being compatible or use of things like symbols such as '&' that throws it out...
Any advice would be appreciated!

Contact Etsy directly with the information and screen shot if possible along with OS and browser used.
