I had to write to you because I couldn't find a way out. I'm dealing with a huge problem. No one is answering. They're not giving any information. My store is put on holiday mode every Saturday.
It's been 8 days and my store hasn't opened. My screen says it will open in 48 hours. I keep encountering the same problem.
No one in charge can answer any of my questions. I don't even get an automatic receipt message for any of my emails. This has become sick.
Please help me.
