Cannot purchase UPS Labels

It's been a couple weeks now and I've reached out to Etsy several times (So much that they've turned off my chat option now) because I am unable to purchase UPS labels.  They keep telling me they'll get back to me via e-mail but it's been weeks with no response or solution.  

The error I get when trying to purchase is a red box after I 'accept the terms' that says "We're currently experiencing a hiccup.  Please try again later"  Two weeks later and still same story.

@PunkinheadFabric  Are you able to purchase USPS labels and if so, can you use them in the meantime?

Yes, I can but it's often higher priced and also slower so I would like to have the option to choose both.

It's free and you can print USPS and UPS labels. The label page will show the best options.
It fully integrates with Etsy.
Pirate ship has USPS commercial discounted rates which are the same or even a tad less than Etsy rates.
I'm not sure about UPS rates.

Best parts about PS, they have 10* customer service and "pirate talk".
If you have a problem, they'll fix it or if you have a question they'll answer it that day.
NO waiting around for days or weeks for an answer or something to be fixed.

I do use PS as well but often Etsy is less so I always compare.

I had the same problem today. USPS labels work fine, but trying to create a UPS label I get the "We're currently experiencing a hiccup.  Please try again later" when accepting the terms. My only thought was maybe try to do it in a different browser. I ended up buying a UPS label off Etsy (I didn't test it in a different browser since I was in a rush), but it's disappointing this is happening. I'll try it in a different browser next time I need to buy a UPS label to see if that helps.

I’ve tried it in other browsers as well, deleted all cache and cookies, etc and it still doesn’t work.  It’s been weeks now and I still get the same error and Etsy has locked out my chat ability “until this gets resolved via email” which I have not gotten a reply to either.  Quite frustrating becuase now I’m unable to use UPS or reach out to follow up.
