I'm not sure when it started, but there has been an issue with view and visit counts for some time now. For example, my dashboard says my views are up 372% year over year. Yet, my orders are down 15%.
Also, the "This week in your shop" emails always say that I had more total "visits from Offsite Ads" than total visits. The math doesn't math.
It's concerning that I'm being charged for orders through offsite ads, yet Etsy clearly is not counting visits correctly.
