From the reviews, you used Barbie, which is trademarked.
So, have you looked in your Expired or Inactive listing status?
Also, no email from Etsy? It might be the BOT de-listed (inactive) any listings that uses the Trademark Barbie. Check your SPAM folder of your email.
I checked my spam folder and found nothing. What about people who are selling barbies? would they have the same problem?
Well, if they are vintage then they could be sold here, however, the BOT might still get them. Etsy Admin should reinstate the vintage listing once they get around to looking at it.
Yes, I checked!! crazy! Sincerely hope this gets fixed for you soon, you have fantastic items!!!
Thank You! I mean I can re list got all the murch and photos, but this is so wacky. I contacted etsy help so hopefully it can be remedied
@LandKbeads OP was selling miniature furniture for Barbie (according to reviews).
I have seen other furniture makers with barbie in their main title. So wacky this.
@UniqueGiftOrnaments I am, of course, aware, but thank you.
If they were removed for TM infringement would not they be shown in the reviews as "this item no longer available "?
All but the latest 20 of my 100+ listings have disappeared. Not in Sold, Expired, Inactive. Did they ever restore your listings? I'm so upset.
