Tried to reach out regarding issues with downloading shop reports (which I see in another thread has already been brought to Etsy's attention), but the contact help form I finally got to is a series of fill-in boxes that say "null"... That link is now requiring that your email be validated. They send an email to your email and you need to confirm the address is yours before filling in the issue.
It's possible you may need to clear out cache and cookies and get a new cookie on your browser for Etsy.
Yes, I went through the confirming of the email address process and still got the "null" fields page. I'll try clearing my cache, but not sure that's the issue.
