Hi, A 59 sec video across all products only playing on repeat first ten seconds. I know they were all ok some months ago. Each .mov files.
Videos longer than 15 seconds will be clipped.

However, still facing the same issue as OP
Your video may be 5–15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. Ideal resolution for your video is at least 1080px
