Videos replay only first 10 secs

Hi, A 59 sec video across all products only playing on repeat first ten seconds. I know they were all ok some months ago. Each .mov files.

From my google doc:

File size	100MB maximum
Aspect ratio	3:4 (maximum 9:16)
Dimensions	720px x 720px minimum
Duration	less than 1 minute long

However, still facing the same issue as OP

Why allow up to a minute?! I spent a lot of time cutting/editing specifically a 59 sec video. This is very disappointing. Please change guidelines to "Videos must be less than 15 seconds long and will have no audio."

@JuggernautFigures the guidelines already say "Your video may be 3-15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. "

Sadly my videos have always only played for 10 seconds, even though the limit here it says is 15 seconds.

And they still dont allow sound.

Sigh.
